Shipping policy
TNT Stickers ships orders based on the shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
Processing & Handling Time
• Standard orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• Custom orders: Custom orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after final design approval.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Mexican holidays.
Shipping Schedule
TNT Stickers operates from Mexico and uses a secure logistics process for customers located in the United States. Orders are consolidated and shipped twice per week.
Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will ship on the following Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday will ship on the following Friday.
International Consolidation & U.S. Delivery Process
All U.S. orders are first shipped from Mexico to our U.S.-based forwarding partner. Transit time to the forwarder is typically 2–3 business days. Once received, each order is processed individually and handed over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.
Because of this consolidated shipping process, delivery may take slightly longer than standard domestic shipping. However, this method is used to ensure a higher level of security and safe delivery for all orders.
Please note that USPS tracking information will not update until your order has been transferred to USPS and scanned into their system. This may take up to one (1) week after you receive your shipping confirmation. We kindly ask for your patience during this period.
If you require faster delivery, we recommend purchasing from a local U.S.-based vendor who can offer domestic shipping timelines.
Shipping Carriers & Services
All standard shipments are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) using one of the following services:
• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail (used for packages weighing 16 oz or more, or when selected at checkout)

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected and the destination. Transit times provided by USPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
TNT Stickers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carrier issues
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Other circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
• TNT Stickers is not responsible for shipments delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to us after three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts by the carrier, the order may be resent at the customer’s expense.
Delivery Date Requests
If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order well in advance. While we do our best to meet timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
