Refund policy

 Thank you for choosing TNT Stickers. We stand behind the quality of our heat transfers and stickers. Please review our policy below to understand your options.

1. Custom-Made / Personalized Products

All sales for custom-made or personalized items are final. Due to the unique nature of these products, made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including:

• Change of mind
• Aesthetic preference
• Errors in sizing, design, or details provided by the customer
• Shipping delays by the carrier

Exception for Our Error: If you received a custom item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@tntstickers.com with your order number, description, and photos. We will work promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

2. Stock (Non-Custom) Products

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for stock (non-custom) items.

A. Standard Returns (Change of Mind or Incorrect Order):

• Eligibility: To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unused, unapplied, and in its original, saleable condition and packaging. Once a sticker or transfer is applied, used, or removed from its backing, it is not eligible for return.

• Process: Contact us at support@tntstickers.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will provide instructions.

• Fees: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and inspection.

• Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee and original shipping cost, within 10 business days.

B. Returns for Defective Items:

• If you receive a stock product that is defective (e.g., print errors, manufacturing flaws), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge, once the defect is confirmed.

3. Important Notes for All Returns

• You must contact us to initiate any return or claim. Please include your order number.

• Refunds or replacements are issued only after we receive and evaluate the item.

• We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for shipping insurance claims.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above.

Before placing your order, especially for custom items, please double-check all design details, sizing, and product selections to ensure accuracy.
